Villagers that have escaped their minecarts in my trading hall are non interactive aside from trading. I have punched them to try to move them, tried putting them in boats/minecarts, even knocking the floor out underneath them and they remain completely static. For a short period of time between these non interactive moments they briefly moved about and I was able to relocate one of them. This proved the case with an iron golem and a pillager as well, I could strike them once and following they took no damage or recoil or even ran from me. This is on a 10 player realm and could be due to lag but I was able to kill hostile mobs while they were non interactive. This bug is ridiculous and the entities escaping minecarts/boats I have not found on bug reports either.
