I captured this using Xbox Game bar (30 second rerun)
I was organizing my chests and then this happened, there was a chest there previously that I had broke prior to this.

Maybe is an issue with elytra and swimming, the player hitbox doesnt update and you can pass 1 block spaces. This can relate to MCPE-109925
