When I join my world, people on the Nintendo Switch see me on the friend list. But when they join my world, it loads infinite. One time my game on PC crashed when I joined the world on the Nintendo Switch. Does anyone know a solution?

Please contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket (e.g. "I have reported this issue on Mojira as MCPE-XYZ."). In the meantime, the Switch user might try to reset their console (hold down the sleep button for a few seconds until a menu comes up, then select "Power Options", then "Restart").
