MarketPlace just won't load

So, I recently have noticed that marketplace just wont load!

I cant see the display pictures for any items in customize character, but I can select them.

I also can't see anything in market place either, no display pictures or anything.

I've looked around but it seems no one else has had this issue, but I've tried everything from checking my Microsoft account settings to checking the game settings. 

The marketplace issue also seems to affect which skins I can select/choose. Thing is, I can't. I can't change or select any other skins besides the ones I've had from before this issue. It's all just stuck in a loading animation. I've sat at the loading animation for 15 minutes before and nothing changed. So It can't possibly be an internet issue. Everything else in the house works fine.
