[MCPE-14342] Weird log in screen on server

My phone is Vivo Y28. I don't know this is server glitch or not. When I join a server , it seems normal . But after a few seconds , it looks like this. No buttons is shown and I can't back to Minecraft PE homepage.

This happens to me when I use too much TNT or put crazy potion effects on me. My device is a Fire 7th gen.
