Duplicate items overwrite inventory

Since the last update I have been getting duplicate items in my inventory. For example, if I have 15 apples in my third quick inventory box on the bottom, and I eat one, it makes a copy to my first inventory box and show I have 14 of each. This also creates a duplicate in my inventory items as well. When crafting in creative mode this causes quick items to go away because it replaces what ever is in the first box.
