Performance drop in 1.17.32

When playing on my world in 1.17.32 I noticed there is more lag then usual. When I click on chests it takes around 5-10 seconds sometimes to open it, hoppers are delayed on moving items, blocks sometimes re-appear when mined, when I place blocks no sound plays and sometimes the blocks disappear. There isn’t any static lag where the screen shakes or freezes.
