Black shadow below blocks when leaving and returning to previously loaded chunks

Black shadow below blocks when leaving and returning to previously loaded chunks. The shadow disapear when placing a block on the chunk. This bug is non-experimental and works on experimental features too.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new world.
Move away from the chunk until it's no longer visible, then come back.( if this don't work, go to very far, than come back.)
Expected results
The dark shadow don't apear below blocks.
