Realm freeze

I used to had a realm during 3 months and ten days ago when minecraft got update (sep 26) it stop working, we can barely join and when we finally join everything is frozen, we can't interact with anything (except doors and trap doors). At first i think it was for the experimental version, (I read somewhere it has some issues) so i deactivate the option and restore the world, it was a new world and everything was working for one week, but it happen again just yesterday. My Friend the owner of the realm say the realm yesterday back up for itself 2 times and i dont know why it happen, we have cheats activate tho, if it affect in something, we have 23 members.
