Large Hotbar Blocks/Some Items

This bug causes some, if not most, blocks and items to be rendered (is that what you call it?) bigger than usual. I'm using a MyPhone Android Phone, Lollipop Version 5.1.

How To Reproduce:
1.Get a block or any item you want.
2.Look at your hotbar. It is rendered differently than previous versions.
3.And when you look at your hotbar while in the creative/survival menu, it returns to normal. (It also moves a bit...)
