I purchased a new template world but every time I open it it only allows me to stay in for a short period of time and then it kicks me out of the entire app. (I play on the Minecraft PE app). I looked up the issue on the official website and it says that it is resolved, but I am still having the issue. Is there a solution to this issue or is it a glitch?

Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.41)? This ticket will reopen automatically when you reply.
