I followed the instructions, step by step:
"More than one player using Split-screen
Players can join your game by attaching controllers and pressing + on the controller at any point during the game. Up to 4 players can play in split-screen together. You will need either a pair of Joy-Con's (both Left and Right) per person or a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller per person to play".
Bug -> The second player cannot open doors or build anything. Is this a bug? Can you solve it soon?

As mentioned in the Bug Tracker Guidelines, reports here on the bug tracker should be in English. Running the game itself in English is not likely to make any difference, but if it does, be sure to let us know.
To answer your question about whether this is a bug, yes, it probably is. However, in your original description, you seem to be asking for "help". This bug tracker is not a "help" site.

Or follow the steps below:
Access Minecraft choosing your user.
Access an existing world or create a new world (creative mode).
After the world opens, get the second controller (joy-con), and click + twice to access with the second player, with the split screen.
Choose the second user and wait for it to load.
With the first player try to break and build something with some block (with the first player it works).
With the second player try to do the same (with the second player it doesn't work)
The second player, however, manages to sleep in a bed when night falls.
Hope the above steps help you get to the problem.
Just changing the game's language to English in the configuration didn't do any good. The Bug continues.
The console is updated nintendo switch. The minecraft (bedrock edition) for nintendo switch is version v1.17.32.
