Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. You can't have Mending and Infinity on the same bow. Were both Mending and Infinity on the bow before? In any case, we would need more information to reproduce the problem.
