I’ve been trying to log into my Microsoft account on the PS4 multiple times but it hasn’t worked for about a year. I’ve tried all the tips and tricks online, but literally nothing works. I had some worlds that I used to play with friends online that I can’t anymore, so i decided I would download Minecraft on my phone and log into my Microsoft on there. It worked, and I had my Microsoft account back, but every single one of my worlds was deleted, and my friends list was empty. Does anyone know how to fix this??

^^^ is an acurate comment...
however i believe you can transfer worlds across devices, by exporting them emailing them/any transfer method and then importing them. Good luck, your worlds are'nt lost. If you cant find them, google where they are stored on PS4 and grab them, then put them where they should be on your phone (u will have to google where to put them)...
regarding your friends, they should be all saved on ur xbox live account ?
Hope this gets u further
Above will not work on PS4. Consoles are closed systems, you can't access their filesystems.
The only way I know of transferring worlds from PS4 to different device is to upload it to a Realm, and then download it from that Realm on the other device. This however requires:
1. A Realm, which are not free - they cost some Minecoins (or Tokens on PS4)
2. You need to be able to access Realm on PS4 to be able to upload to a Realm, which will not work if you can't logging to Microsoft Account on your PS4
Worlds don't transfer between devices, they are stored on specific device, so you will not see your PS4 worlds on iPhone.
