if your computer is beefed, like 16gb ram +, you might have my problem MCPE-144052 and just not have it as bad because your computer is so beefed.

I had this problem a few years back... I fixed it by creating a whole new microsoft account and said i was born in 1950, and it worked. I think from memory it was because my microsoft account was setup differently with a certain parental control that cant be changed... I may be wrong, but i think that may help.
