I've sent multiple help tickets but I'm told they can't help me. We've been playing on our 2 Realms for a couple of years and we've had no problem until this past version a few weeks ago. That version broke both our creative and survival Realms we pay for.
Both realms either timeout or login after a long long time but then won't let us actually do anything in the game. We have 4 computers for our children and we all use them to play on the realms, the problems exist across all of our computers, and also on the XBox when we log in and try to play there are even on the mobile. So it's almost impossible that 6 systems would have problems.
This leads me to believe that the servers have some sort of errors.
The help desk reset out creative realm and supposedly migrated it to a new region, which erased it. When I restored the old version back to the realm that I'd had backed up the same problems started again. Unfortunately since they migrated our region and erased it I don't have any older backups.
I need some help please. Anybody please help, my kids are freaking out over years of work lost.
Even when I try to play the copied realm on a local computer from a backup it still lags out badly and doesn't work. It sounds like the realm itself has some sort of bug and that only started like 2 patches ago.

This seems to become a common issue lately. Fortunately, devs are already working on it and the issue will probably be fixed with the next release - but can't promise that 100%. So please hold on to the realm and be patient.ย
As for the issue, closing as a duplicate ofย MCPE-143156.

dont fear i am here ๐...
I have what sounds like the same problem and have been researching it... Sounds like it's a log file bug causing the required ram to run the world to go through the roof... i managed to open my world with this bug (using a 16gb ram computer) and all my stuff was there, just so slow and laggy it wouldn't run.
MCPE-144052 - is my ticket, it's got my research on it
