Cannot rename items using an anvil or edit book and quills

When renaming an item in an anvil, experience cost does not show up and no item shows up in the completed item box. If you enchant and item and rename it at the same time, the item will get the enchantment but not the new name.

After editing a book and quill and closing the interface, reopening the book does not show the edits; all text reverts to how it was before editing.
