Since this update, I have been experiencing severe lag on my Realms world. It takes several seconds for chests to open and close, it takes several seconds for the inventory to open, sometimes it takes several seconds for items to show in my hotbar, and there are times when I am placing several blocks down in a row and the placement will get silent, then after a few seconds those blocks for which the placement was silent will disappear as if I never placed them (see video, clipped on 2021-10-14). Network connection tested and is good to go (see screenshot). This just started AFTER this update.

Added another video, clipped on 2021-10-15 at 16:52 UTC, of me attempting to open a chest in my Realms world.
I am also having the same problem in Realms since the 1.17.34 update. Within 10 seconds of loading the world, I am unable to access my inventory or interact with chests, crops, beds, food, etc. I am, however, able to open/close doors.
