[MCPE-14483] typing wont work in-game

( this is my first bug report so sorry if its not very discriptive)

me and my sister were trying to use signs in mcw10 and they won't work so i tested it out on a private world and it still won't let me type in words it lets me move but it wont let me type in the chat or on signs in-game. i don't know if it will let me type seeds, world names, etc.
