Purchased 2 worlds, minions & Star Wars on son's account, it has taken my payment however I was unable to download the games as "trouble accessing market place at the moment". I've tried multiple times resulting in my purchase being taken twice for both games and still no access to either!
£30 down and no worlds to access, not best pleased, please can you help?
