Neither my Minecraft PS4 nor my Minecraft Windows will allow me to access the only world I have worked on for years. Every time I try to access world on PS4, it goes to the blue error screen giving me the error CE-38700-8. On my Minecraft Windows, trying to access the world only gets me to a continuous loading screen. This did not happen until the new updates and patch updates that occurred this month. I want access back to my world, or I want a refund on both versions of Minecraft that I paid for. I am not spending years of work on a world just for random updates to keep me from continuing work on my world, and starting a new world would eventually only produce the same results. I will not be experiencing this every couple of years. I have done some research online, and it appears that I am not the only player that has experienced this issue either. Please fix this and if it cannot be fixed, refund me my money for both versions.
