Tridents disappear

On my gold farm and on my creepers farm, the trident magically disappears. At first I thought my tridents were breaking so I put unbreaking and mending, but it didn't work, still they disappeared.
Then I thought, "maybe I should rename them and that's how it works" so I renamed them and added the same enchantments and they still disappeared. I don't know what else to do, I hope you can fix it, thank you very much!.
