[MCPE-145212] bug with first person shield display

Shield display bug.

The shield and fireworks are not displayed on the character's left hand in First person unless you crouch this is a bad thing as it is not known if your player has the shield equipped without seeing the inventory which can cause you to die.

This happened in a Samsung Cell Phone Model S6.

on some mobile devices there are these types of errors, they will only be fixed if you use texture pack
