"Execute on First Tick" is enabled when changing from Impulse to Repeat.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a command_block.

2. Change "Block Type" from Impulse to Repeat.

Observed results:

1. Execute on First Tick is Enabled(ON).

Expected results:

Execute on First Tick should be Disabled(OFF).

This is the expected result I believe. When you have a repeat command block the default is no delay after it's activated, hence execute on first tick is on. You can turn in off if you want to add delay when the command block activates.

Since the default delay is 0 "Execute on First Tick" is pointless.

the "Execute on First Tick" would matter if the delay > 0
