input delay, slow keyboard respond

the problem that I'm dealing with is input delay, I think that's what it is called, well this problem was an ongoing problem for me since maybe the last update or two, I can't control my player to move around with the Keyboard

whenever I try to move forward, it eider takes 5 seconds or more to move forward, or it moves forward, but it doesn't stop moving forward until a certain amount of seconds

it does the same thing with the other movement like

left, right, back, forward, jumping, sprinting, open inventory, crouching, or anything that has to do with the keyboard

even when I change the keyboard pattern to a different pattern like

[W]=fowards, to [U]=foward, its the same result

but the mouse is not the problem, the mouse work well, and I find no problem looking around using the mouse

it's just the keyboard that is not working, but its mostly a delay response that is the problem, when I try to move my player, it does not move my player exactly when I'm trying to move,

this makes playing survival, or mini-games impossible to play Minecraft, I even stopped playing Minecraft for a long time and it's still a problem,
