Powering a piston with one tick doesn't leave the block behind

Remember that Pocket Edition is not necessarily the same as PC/Java, this is probably intended.

Works as intended, pistons cannot be 0 ticked in pe.

No not 0 tick, 1 tick I even have the official redstone handbook showing the feature in question. (model 4)
