Mob heads appear as skeleton skulls for a split second when placed in Survival mode

When a player head, creeper head, zombie head, wither skeleton skull, or dragon head is placed in Survival mode, it appears as a skeleton skull for a split second.

1. Obtain a player head, creeper head, zombie head, wither skeleton skull, and dragon head

2. Switch to Survival mode

3. Place each head

Observed Results:
The heads appear as skeleton skulls for a split second.

Expected Results:
The heads should not appear as skeleton skulls.
