Lights remains after breaking light-emitting blocks (especially after player returns from the nether/end dimensions)

When you're returning from the other dimensions (nether/end), and breaking the blocks that emit lights, they don't update the light around it. Keep in mind this issue is different from MCPE-58182 and MCPE-69037.

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to the nether/end, and then return to the overworld.
2. Break any blocks that emit lights, like torches.

Expected Result
The light disappears since the emitting blocks aren't there anymore.

Observed Result
The light is still there, despite there are no light-emitting blocks anywhere around.

I am getting this bug in a flat world where I have never been to the nether or end.

I got it in a normal world but didn't go to the nether or end.

Can confirm existence since 1.18.30 (still happening on 1.18.33) on Nintendo Switch. Might be related to Renderdragon.

Just made a zombie spawner farm with a redstone lamp as the off switch.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have lamp on.

  2. Wait for autosave.

  3. Turn lamp off.

Expected result: Immediate vicinity becomes dark for the spawner to activate.{*}{*}

Observed result: There's a ~80% chance that residual light remains, therefore keeping the zombies from spawning.

TransAran: what you are seeing in 1.18.30 is tracked at MCPE-155808.
