I can't connect to the game created in Iphone.
Earlier, in previous version, there was a small time, when profile of the iphone user was not loaded yet, when I can connect to his game, and after that profile was loaded (avatar changed) game type changed from LAN game to regular network game and there is no able to connect till I restart Minecraft.
Now, after update, profile of iphone user loaded very fast, and there is no way to play the game just in LAN without network connection.
Please let us choose the type of connection to game.
Both deices are on the same wifi connection.

I have two devices with Minecraft ver 1.17.40 - Windows 10 and iPhone
Both devices has Microsoft accounts for playing, and accounts are different
Both games are legal
I'm starting game in iPhone
I'm launching Minecraft on Windows PC and trying to connect to iPhone
I see that my friend is playing, and that he can accept connection - also, I can see his xbox name and avatar
Trying to connect to him - fail, ubnable to connect to the world
Earlier it works in that way:
5. I'm starting Minecraft on PC
5a. When friend's data hasn't loaded - I see something like "LAN game, Steve" - sorry, can't remember because I must to act very fast BEFORE xbox data of user loaded. Visually it looks like three rows - realm, friends and LAN
6. Game connected and playing in normal way
7. If I didn't have time to connect - avatar and xbox name loaded, and game turned from LAN connection to friend connection, visually it looks like just two rows (like now), and I can't connect with error connecting to world.
After upgradind to 17.40 there is no chance to play LAN game, only connection to friend's game, which not works on a previuous version too.
I've tried to un-friend and friend again, tried logout from xbox (then I didn't see a friend in a network game) and so on. Hopeless.
Realms work fine, but I don't want using realms every time when we want to make some experiments with buildings or mobs....

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
