Hostile mobs spawning / entering in well lit areas where I had never had one before

During the last days, I had several cases of hostile mobs (including zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders, even what I think are zombified villagers ...), appearing (spawning there or entering through closed doors, which they had never got through before) in well lit areas of my base underground.

One very characteristic case, which makes me think the problem is likely related to mobs spawning at a wrong light level, is that, today, a spider appeared in a well lit underground room (see attached screenshots), which only have 2 possible access ways, that, as far as I know, no spider should be able to pass through: a 1 block wide door, closed by an oaken door, a oaken trapdoor through the room ceiling, allowing access to a normally secured surface area...

I have seen the same issue with an underground base, that until recent update had never seen a hostile mob. I've consistently been able to reproduce the issue by moving 100 blocks away from the area for a minute and then returning.

Even though I did not specifically tracked what I was doing before these mobs appeared/spawned, it always occured when returning to my base after doing some exploration away from it, so I could have been more than 100 blocks away....

Is this still an issue since 1.18.0? Monsters now require 0 block light to spawn.

Actually, it seems it was already resolved some time ago (the problem started a few days before my initial report, right after a version update, and showed for maybe 2/3 weeks, then never occured again), or there were specific conditions which I did never identify allowing the issue to occur... Nothing new since the 1.18 update, but I had not had new cases in weeks...

Thanks, I'll resolve the report.
