The realm I pay for consistently disconnects , kicking all players and deleting all progress since the last back up.
We experience a crash at least 3 times per week with the last instance disconnecting 3 times in one day.
I personally am using a wired gigabit speed internet connection and all active members online are kicked irrespective of location or connection so we can rule out bad connection.
There is no warning before a crash, just the game will lock up and kick me out of the realm for 2-5 minutes and once relogged-in all data since the last backup has been deleted.
Each time this has happened the last backup has been at least 20 minutes ago resulting in some serious lost progress (especially on group technical builds)
I will start to record game time in the hope I can upload an example.

I am also affected by this bug, and there is no discernible rhyme or reason. It happens while the realm is laggy and also when not.
expected results: the server does not reset to previous save, and ideally does not crash at all
