Whenever you exit a boat on realms it just disappears until you relog, which paired with the fact you aren't actually out of the realm until it stops loading which can cause you to drown if you're stranded in an ocean (or be forced to swim for hours) is a major issue that essentially makes anything under water a deathtrap when travelling

If you walk away and then go back, it'll be there. I've had to use torches so I can find the spot again. But it really is annoying.
