it won't let me play on the servers or in the Realm and I have a good internet and the only solution I have found is to install a VPN from my country and connect it and if it lets me in but without the VPN, please don't let me solve the failure.

Has this started happening after updating the game, or has this always been an issue?

I can't login to my realm and change anything as nothing saves. Certain sounds work like when you walk on wood or sand. I have tried reinstalling the game and no affect. I use an Xbox one. It only started happening after the latest cliffs update.
