Although I never placed a leaf block in my world, floating leaf blocks are randomly generated. If I break them, they just come back after some time. It's really creeping me out and I'm afraid that these leaf blocks will break my buildings. Plz help

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
