Summary:
I have been having this issue ever since 1.16.100 to later versions. This issue sometimes causes stuttering.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a world or join a server.
2. Observe chunk loading speed.
Expected Results:
Chunks would load normally.
Observed Results:
Chunks would load slowly causing big void holes.
Note: If you're also experiencing this issue on your device and your not on Android please comment what operating system your device uses so I can add it to the affected operating systems.
