Non-full blocks have a broken breaking texture animation

Some blocks such as the following:

• All types of signs

• Conduit

• All types of chests + ender chest

• Shulker Boxes

• Enchantment Table

• All types of mob heads

• All types of beds

• Piston and Sticky Piston

These following blocks have a broken breaking texture animation while in survival mode. This is probably a rendering bug, which breaks consistency with other full solid blocks which have proper breaking texture animation.
