When creating a world only the templates that are on the console works. The ones that are on the MS-account cloud can’t be downloaded. The error message says insufficient memory even though I have 23 GB fee on the console and 117 GB free on the SD card. Cache memory has been cleared and the game uninstalled and reinstalled. Mojang support told me to report this since similar cases has contacted the support.
