[MCPE-14696] Achievements Sync Delay

The achievements on cell phones (Samsung Galaxy Win 2), Don't work right, and only appear when the game is close... I'm connected in a Xbox Live, but yet don't appear exactly when the achievement is make... Please help us (the players)... 🙂
