Since 1.18 the Savanna plateau has no difference between the Savanna. While in java Edition it is different from Mobspawning but in Bedrock it has the same Mobspawning wich makes no difference. This issue happens because the changes to the Teraingeneration being no longer controled by Biomes. It was removed in earlier versions but re-added in beta 1.18.22 to match Java Edition where there is a bit of difference.
