Hi Team
My Son's Minecraft keeps freezing. We have done factory reset on the his Series S 4 times. Cleared Cache, cleared the game etc etc.
The issue is, even if he plays on my Series X or any of his friends Xbox's Minecraft starts to freeze. It only does with his account. When I play on his Xbox on my account, no issue whats so ever and the same if his friends use their accounts.
So Microsoft is saying it must be an account issue your side.
