I have made a report about this before but on that report it was that the issue was resolved. I can confirm that this issue has not been resolved. I'm trying my best not to create a duplicate report but all of the other reports I saw were pre 1.17 release.
This bug happens to me on both Xbox and PC, and I have even seen this happen on other platforms such as* PS4*. While using a texture pack this visual glitch still doesn't go away, and I'm not sure what can fix it.
If this report could get noticed that would be amazing because this visual glitch really bugs me.
Your previous report was resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-121667. "Resolved" does not mean "Fixed".
