Square appears behind crosshair when submerged under water/lava/powder snow

In creative, when diving into lava, I noticed a green stroke next to the cursor. To see the bug more clearly, you need to drink a potion of night vision.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set the anti-aliasing to 2 or higher

  2. Optionally, drink a potion of night vision

  3. Submerge yourself in lava or water

this is a cause of image transparency, it will be fine, it happens more often than you would think
