My world is now playable after it broke with the 1.17.30 update but with the 1.17.41 I’ve noticed that it’s not as smooth as before. I’m getting lag spikes in areas where I had no issues before.
For example: my potato farm in the video:
Potatoes go into dispenser
They get pushed into the water stream
It pauses during the dispensing
I replaced the hoppers, redstone, and the dispenser thinking that would help but it didn’t.
I don’t know what’s causing the lag so I can’t be more specific, only that it’s happening in areas in my world that were fine before. I’m not sure if it is the red stone components because I’m getting lag where there isn’t any as well. I can’t find the common thread.
Note: I did search for this bug but didn’t find any with issues specific to the lag for worlds that had been previously broken by 1.17.30 and fixed with 1.17.41

yes there was a bug in 1.17.30 that broke worlds but its fixed now in 1.17.41

When I fly around I get a heavy lag spike that last up to 2 seconds every 10 to 20 seconds. I can barely run big maps of mine witch require NPC's and command blocks to run. Even with my render to 4 and in a new super flat I still get lag spikes every 10 to 20 seconds. My game crashed like 5 time out of all my life playing MC I have not crashed it ones. Then 1.17.41 shows up.
