I saw pillager is trying to kill him villagers, but i saw that pillager didn`t move with him legs with spawned spawn egg.
I saw there many pillager not moves that often spawn 30% CHANCE to get bug for pillager not moving.
you need watch video in attachment as u know why. (v1.18.0.25 only)

The attached video does not clearly show a bug. It appears to show only that lag increases when you spam spawn eggs.
