In short, the game acts like it has "internet lag" even in singleplayer. The game freezes off and on, too many spawned mods in the area creates an unplayable experience. Mind you this is Xbox One S, Xbox One, and Windows from what I have experienced so far, so hardware wouldn't be this issue. It's as if the game's engine itself cannot handle too much right now. Mining too fast also creates lag as blocks are removed and placed. I hope this helps!
