So randomly or when just joining, Typing up from sign or chat will appear for you but not appear for everyone else. In a span of 5-10 mins you will get a sudden hurry of messages that were from other players.
This is causing a problem for multiplayer with communication and can cause some problems

A sudden burst of chats
Skmeone typing the same thing I typed up (told to do in direct message)
You can communicate through command blocks such as /say
