Arrows clip through trapdoors underwater

When lightly shooting arrows directly down towards a closed trapdoor underwater, the arrow goes straight through the trapdoor. This glitch does not appear when the bow is charged fully or slightly more.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a closed trapdoor underwater

2. Lightly shoot an arrow directly down towards the trapdoor

Observed Results:
The arrow goes through the trapdoor.

Expected Results:
The arrow should not go through the trapdoor.
