Steps to reproduce: Step 1) Get a candle & a fence
Step 2) Try to place candles on fence , slab, iron bars, glass panes etc partial blocks
Observed results: We're unable to place candles on fences, iron bars, glass panes etc
Expected results: Should be able to place candles on fences, iron bars, glass panes etc as in java edition, we can place candles on fences, iron bars, glass panes etc
