I live on an archipelago so I use boats for moving around and I had a minecart with a hopper running an afk sheep shearing farm that just disappeared right in front of me. Boats have occasionally disappeared but when I leave and reload the game they come back, but when I tried doing this when the minecart disappeared all the animals (skeleton horses, donkeys, horses, cows, sheep, chicken) name tagged disappeared, and won't come back. This is the second time my animals disappeared the first only half randomly disappeared. Why is this happening?

Just found out that my armor stands with netherite armor on them, wolves, and cats also disapeared.
