While playing, the game would freeze every few seconds, both in game and in the menu. Pressing the center Xbox button to bring up the menu then closing the menu would unfreeze the game for a few more seconds. This only happens on one account on our Xbox One. Two other accounts do not have this issue. We have tried clearing the alternate MAC address, clearing the blueray cache, resetting the console by shutting off and disconnecting the power from the outlet, and performed a console reset keeping all games and apps.
